REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
DEPOSIT
In order to secure your place at one of our retreats/ceremonies, you need to pay a non-refundable deposit or percentage amount as stipulated for each retreat on the announcement, plus minimal processing fees. You can pay your deposit through Wise, Stripe, MB Way, bank transfer as well as a few US platforms (Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle).
FULL PAYMENT
You also have the option to pay the full amount of your retreat through Direct Bank Transfer, WeTravel, Wise Transfer, Stripe, PayPal, MB Way or a few US platforms (Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp). Full payment is due no later than 10 days to start date. If full payment isn’t received by the that time, your registration will be cancelled and all payments non-refunded, still being responsible for full payment (as we simply won’t be able to fill your held spot at such short notice). If you cancel with 60+ days until retreat, you will be refunded less the deposit and 50€ cancellation fee. We wish we could refund it all, but due to fees and expenses we incur on your behalf, we aren’t able to. We trust that this won’t be a concern, but want you to be reminded in case you should need it. We have invested in you to come and enjoy this retreat; we’re deeply committed to this work and we are excited you have committed to the same!
HELD DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, illness or Force Majeure. If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason, I cannot refund your deposit as it covers costs to hold your place and expenses of the venue. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, Force Majeure, natural disaster, etc), but we have costs already incurred when reserving a retreat center and accommodations. To protect yourself further, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance. Spots are also non-transferable.
If you CANCEL < 30 DAYS TO START DATE, the entire amount is NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you CANCEL 30-59 DAYS TO START DATE, you will receive a 50% refund or you can transfer your registration, less the deposit, to another upcoming retreat within 3 months.
If you CANCEL 60+ DAYS TO START DATE, you will be refunded less the deposit and a 50€ admin fee.
IF WE CANCEL ANY OF OUR PROGRAMS
In the very unlikely case that we cancel any of the retreats/events, and provided that the retreat center/venue refunds our own deposits, we will refund to you all deposits and payments you have paid. We cannot however compensate you for airfare, travel or any other costs incurred like processing fees or currency discrepancies between time of booking and time of refund. In the unlikely event that we must cancel a retreat due to weather, Force Majeure, acts of God, natural disaster, pandemic, or political upheaval, we cannot guarantee a refund – it will be depending on receiving a refund from the venue operator we work with. To cover these risks, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.
FORCE MAJEURE
Neither Party will be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under the Terms and Conditions that is due to any of the following causes, to the extent beyond its reasonable control: Acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
The best way to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstance is to purchase cancellation/interruption insurance. Travel Insurance can protect you in case:
• You cancel your participation in one of our retreats
• The retreat is cancelled due to weather, natural disaster, force majeure or not enough participants to run the retreat
• Lost baggage or personal items
• Medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should you become ill or injured.
TRANSPORT TO AND FROM RETREATS
We can organize the airport transfer for you, or we can help you work out other transportation options. However, travel arrangements to and from the site of the retreats are entirely your responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for any delays or cancelations of your flights, taxi or bus rides.
Beginning in Sept 2024, parking spaces at the venue will not be available. If driving, please contact us to make arrangements. |

| Supplementary Products Exclusion: Participants acknowledge and agree that these Fees presented and payable pertain solely to Services and Offerings, and will not include the cost of any plant-medicines or similar products (collectively, "Supplementary Products") which may be provided, offered, or distributed by a Commercial User, or any other party, in connection with Services or Offerings. Retreat Guru shall bear no responsibility or liability in connection with any provision, offering, or distribution of Supplementary Products, and is not a party thereto. All capitalized terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as assigned to them in Retreat Guru's Terms of Service. |
