Paula

Paula is a vegan, plant-based chef and naturopath with many years of experience. She loves creating food that’s vibrant, nourishing, and full of flavor. Paula’s approach to cooking is meditative and mindful, focused on balance, color, using fresh, organic and locally sourced ingredients. Every dish she creates is wholesome, healthy, and made with love.

She has been catering for Intuitive Kasham’s retreats since 2023 and is a vital part of our team.

Many clients have said they would go vegan if they had Paula permanently cooking for them. Paula considers this one of the highest praises she can receive, when meat-eaters open their hearts to how flavorful and nutritious vegan meals can be!
